Stop wondering…contains some of the best dating advice I’ve read in recent times. It is full of how to get out there and meet someone new. The author really knows their stuff and it shows in this book. I have to admit one reason I got it was because of the great cover. Sure, superficial, but hey, it spurred me to take action! So, therefore, I would most defintely suggest this one to others, along with Sexy and Confident: How To Be The Dreamgirl Men Want, Have a Better Life and Improve Your Self-Esteem.

Of all the people in the world to give me this book, my ex-girlfriend, whom I am still friendly with, gave it to me. As a favor, I read it. And to be frank, I thought that it was fantastic. Maintaining a conversational approach, the authors identified the patterns of behavior that I have commonly fallen into, which have hurt my relationships in the past. Though I consider myself to be the last person to recommend a dating book, I felt compelled here to express my opinion about it. I am not saying reading this book will get you a date, but I think that it might give you new insight in how you go about dating. It has for me.

It never occurred to me that as a socially competent, successful, and very normal individual, I actually had no idea how to date. It was especially surprising to me since I have always attracted a fair number of guys right off the bat. I literally laughed out loud when I started the book…I was doing just about everything wrong that a girl could do, but that was the only way I really knew how to start a relationship. I was making myself overly available (physically, emotionally, and timewise). I would tell myself after a couple of dates that this guy could be “the one.” And after three weeks of dating someone special, we were going up to the mountains, meeting each other’s families, and brushing our teeth together… I thought this was normal. After several relationships started with a bang and ended with a fizzle, it occurred to me that perhaps it wasn’t so much the guys I was meeting as it was how we (and specifically I) were approaching our relationship together.
Stop Wondering is a wonderful book that encourages you to have enough confidence in yourself and enough faith that you will meet someone great to put you in the driver’s seat of your own life. It really is entirely about making men treat you the way you want and deserve to be treated and the way that many of them actually want to treat you. This book teaches you not only how to set expectations for men, but also why you can’t be afraid of setting them. If a potential suitor doesn’t make the cut, you know that he isn’t worth your time…and this isn’t about being nit-picky, it’s about finding something that’s right for you.

Every woman who is single should purchase this book. It gives you very good insights about what’s going on in a man’s head when you date.
I learned so much from this book.
If you have seen the movie “He’s just not that into you” and you liked it, buy the book!

What a great book! I felt so relieved after reading this book – I now feel like I have a smart, sensible guide for getting to know others in the current dating environment and having a paced, healthy way of building a lasting relationship This book is fun to read, hard to put down, and is illuminating about how guys think! Thank you Ryan! Dr. C is a great role model for women who want to be self-respecting and set healthy boundaries. After I finished the book, I immediately gave it to my 19-year-old daughter so that she’ll have access to the same great guidance available in this book. Don’t miss their fun radio show on Hay House Radio – [...]!
